Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WEDO AI Studio, a product of Wedo Branding ("WEDO", "we", "us"), based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What WEDO AI Studio is

WEDO AI Studio helps you turn a simple idea into a sharpened, professional creative brief and then, using AI, into a finished prompt or content piece (image prompts, video prompts, marketing strategy, content, research, brand identity, and a design canvas). It is a prompt-engineering and creative-production assistant — it is not a licensed marketing, legal, or financial advisory service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account is intended for one individual or the team seats explicitly included in your plan.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse free trials, share credentials to bypass plan limits, or violate these Terms.

3. Plans, trials and credits

• New accounts receive a limited number of free trial generations. Paid plans (e.g. the Prompt Only plan) include a monthly credit allowance that renews each billing cycle and does not roll over unless stated otherwise on the pricing page at the time of your purchase.
• Additional credit top-ups can be purchased separately and are added to your account balance.
• We may change plan pricing or credit allowances going forward; changes will not retroactively reduce credits you've already paid for in the current cycle.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

You may connect your own API key for OpenAI, Google Gemini, or OpenRouter. When you do, requests are sent using your key and are subject to that provider's own terms, pricing, and usage limits — WEDO is not responsible for costs, outages, or content policies enforced by third-party AI providers.

5. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

6. Your content and outputs

• You retain ownership of the ideas, briefs, and reference material you input.
• Prompts and content generated for you through your account are yours to use commercially, subject to the underlying AI provider's own usage policies and any rights of third parties reflected in material you upload (e.g. reference images you don't own the rights to).
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing or using it commercially — AI outputs can be inaccurate, generic, or unintentionally similar to existing work, and WEDO does not warrant the outputs are free of third-party rights or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WEDO AI Studio to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or intended to deceive; to attempt to bypass credit/plan limits through automated abuse; or to reverse-engineer or resell access to the product itself without our written agreement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep WEDO AI Studio available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generation quality and speed also depend on the underlying AI providers, which are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

WEDO AI Studio is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedo Branding is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

You may stop using the product and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
