Privacy Policy

WEDO AI Studio ("WEDO", "we", "us") is operated by Wedo Branding, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use WEDO AI Studio, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and the role you select at sign-up (or the equivalent details from Google Sign-In if you use that option).
• Usage data — the category you use (Image, Video, Content, etc.), your credit and trial balance, and basic product analytics such as which features are opened and how often, so we can improve the product.
• Payment data — subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly and shares with us only the confirmation needed to activate your plan.
• Prompts and generated content — the ideas, briefs, and options you enter are sent to the AI provider you're using (see Section 2) to generate your prompt or result. We may keep a short recent-history copy in your account so you can revisit past generations.
• Uploaded files — reference images you attach and any brand assets (logos, fonts) you upload to your Brand Kit or the Design Studio.

2. How your prompts are processed (BYOK)

WEDO AI Studio can run on your own API key ("Bring Your Own Key" — OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter) or, where offered, on keys we manage on our own infrastructure for included trial/plan usage.

3. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account, and to apply the correct plan, trial count, and credit balance.
• To process subscription payments and send you payment confirmations via email.
• To generate the prompts, images, videos, or content you request.
• To send you account-related and, if you don't opt out, product-update emails.
• To understand which features are used, so we can fix problems and prioritise improvements.
• To prevent abuse of free trials and credits.

4. What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal data or your prompts to third parties.
• We don't show ads inside WEDO AI Studio.
• We don't share your uploaded brand assets or reference images outside of generating your requested result.

5. Data storage and security

Account, plan, and history data is stored on our servers (Hostinger VPS infrastructure, Postgres database) behind an authenticated session. We use industry-standard practices (hashed credentials, HTTPS/SSL) to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security — please use a unique password and keep your login details private.

6. Your choices

• You can request a copy of your account data, or request deletion of your account and associated history, by emailing us (Section 9).
• You can remove your own API keys from your account at any time from Settings.
• You can delete uploaded reference images and Brand Kit assets from within the product.

7. Cookies and similar technology

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and basic analytics to understand product usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Children's privacy

WEDO AI Studio is intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
